Architecture, Energy & Environment Advanced post-graduate mid-career training course for architects and civil engineers from developing countries. The training included; climate, comfort, sustainable building and urban design, modern computer simulation tools etc. Participants applied new knowledge directly into own projects, and strategies for implementing these concepts into their offices were discussed. Part of the course was through e-learning. Project with Lund University. Financing by Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency – Sida. |

Sustainable Buildings, Jordan Part of a research cooperation on new thermal regulations for Jordan was to train the trainers of the cooperating institute, which then gradually took over responsibility for the courses. Main target group was the actors in the building sector. Their nderstanding of the issue is crucial for relevant enforcement, follow-up and control of new regulations.
